INTERNATIONAL JAZZ DAY CELEBRATION
The International Jazz Day Celebration on April 30 will begin at 4 P.M. and extend into the night with a jazz jam.
The celebration will feature Jazz performances by more than 12 groups comprised of students of all ages from Greater Rochester.
An evening concert will be followed by a late-night jazz jam session.
Headlining the concert will be Marshall Gilkes, Eastman School of Music professor and Director of the Eastman Jazz Lab Band.
